Twin screw extruder
The Prism TSE 16TC, 16mm co-rotating twin-screw extruder offers a highly effective means of compounding powdered, granulated and liquid additives into polymeric materials (primarily thermoplastics). The resulting formulations are extruded from the mixing barrel and subsequently granulated for further processing. Processing temperatures of up to 300°C are achievable, with product output of typically 5 kg/hour.

With a minimum batch size of 300g, the extruder is ideal for research and development, small-scale sample preparation and quality control work.
